Jim Murray has been in the sports business for over ten years and has managed the careers of players ranging from top tier draft talent to Major League All-Stars. He has established a reputation for understanding the athlete representation and marketing business.

After graduating from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, Jim worked for an agency that represented over 1000 professional athletes and entertainers, with a primary focus on marketing and endorsements.  Jim successfully negotiated numerous marketing partnerships for high profile professional athletes in all of the major sports leagues.

Having caught the attention of Randy and Alan Hendricks, Jim started working with them in early 2001.

As one of HSM’s partners, Jim has negotiated numerous Major League contracts and draft bonuses as well as procured hundreds of endorsement agreements for HSM clients.  Over the years, Jim has worked closely with some of the biggest names in the industry and developed long lasting relationships with countless companies that invest in sports marketing. Jim has also established strong relationships at all levels of club management, equipment and trading card companies, marketing agencies, baseball sponsors, Major League Baseball and the MLBPA.

Jim and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Hoboken, NJ.
