Keith Pearce brings 16 years of experience in tax preparation and planning to Hendricks Sports Management, which he joined in 2006. Prior to coming to HSM, Keith was a Manager with the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided a wide variety of tax services, including Audit, Corporate tax, Personal Financial Services, and Expatriate taxation. His experience includes tax planning for U.S. and overseas-based Senior Executives of large multi-national companies and his clients have included top corporate executives with companies such as Compaq, ExxonMobil, Shell, Schlumberger and Marathon Oil.

Prior to his position with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Keith held a position with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. He is a certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas as well as the state of Colorado.

In addition to Keith's tax background, he has been employed by YoungLife, a nationally recognized non-profit organization, where he functioned as a company officer as well as serving on several in-house advisory boards.

Keith received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. He received scholarships from Arthur Young and the United States Marine Corps.

Keith was born in Baytown, Texas. Due to his father having served as a special forces officer in the United States Army, he attended 14 different schools in 7 states as well as in England and Germany before graduating from high school. Keith and his wife, Tamira, have three young daughters.
